지원 자격은 정규 신학대학원 M. Div 또는 MA 과정에 재학중이거나 졸업한 목사, 전도사이며, 시민권/영주권을 가진 분이어야 합니다.
영어와 한국어 소통에 어려움이 없는 분으로, Youth 사역 경험이 있는 분이면 좋겠습니다.

Korean Central Presbyterian Church of Atlanta is seeking a fulltime youth pastor -- open to halftime and parttime positions as well. KCPC is a Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) congregation located in Atlanta with a membership of 250 adults, 50 English-speaking adults/young adults, and 30 children and 30 youth members. Candidate
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in ministry with experience in youth ministry. Master of Divinity degree is not required but desirable.
- Demonstrate gifts and calling to youth ministry, love young people, and have a passion for teaching and preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ.
- Fluency in English is a must and conversational proficiency in Korean is desirable.
- Able to work as a team player, cooperating with the staff and church leaders and members.
- A self-motivated leader, capable of casting and imparting vision for ministry, possessing relational skills with youth, parents, and staff.
- Should be able to engage in ministry with minimal supervision and provide guidance to church leadership in all areas concerning youth ministry.
- Exemplify obedience to the Word of God and devotion to a deep-rooted prayer life.
- Must engage in ministry with youths and their families.
- Fulltime youth pastor position will include some wider church responsibilities in agreement with the senior pastor.
