The greatest leaders are to imitate the servanthood of Jesus Christ. Christ became the servant who was chosen by God, and the suffering of Christ was the will of the God, Jehovah to serve and give his life for all people. The good leader is to be the servant for the group of people he leads. The best leaders must be God-centered and other people-centered, building up the spirits of holiness, integrity, charity, and responsibility.
가장 위대한 지도자들은 예수 그리스도의 종 되신 모습을 따른다. 그리스도는 하나님에 의해 선택받은 종이 되셨다. 그리고 그리스도의 고통은 여호와 하나님의 뜻으로, 모든 사람들을 위해 봉사하며 그의 생명을 내어주라는 것이다. 좋은 지도자는 자신이 인도하는 그룹 가운데 종이 되는 것이다. 훌륭한 지도자들은 거룩한 정신을 비롯해 정직과 사랑과 책임을 다해 하나님을 그 마음의 중심에 두고 살아가며 또한 타인을 위해 살아간다.
